The academic year of the school begins in April and ends in March
Admission counselling can be obtained in person.
Application Form along with School's prospectus and the other details should be obtained in person only, from Principal's Office.
The registration form will be supplied along with the prospectus on payment. Registration for admissions into LKG usually opens in the month of March/ April.
The registration form and other necessary documents must be filled in with utmost care by parent/guardian. The date of birth recorded in the admission form cannot be changed later.
Mere registration does not guarantee admission. It is based on the availability.
The authentic certificate of Date of Birth issued by Municipal Corporation/ MRO or a competent authority should be submitted before admission into Pre KG and LKG class.
Pupils seeking admission into other classes should produce school leaving certificate or Transfer Certificate and their academic report from a recognized school. In case of inter-state transfers, the certificate should be countersigned by the CBSE officer/D.E.O/D.S.E. of schools.
Students seeking admission into class IX must produce a certificate that they have studied English + any two Indian Languages.
Admission into any class is subjected to availability of vacancy. Admissions are strictly based on age factor.
Nursery Section(PRE KG to UKG) : Pre KG - 2 years+ by 1st June, LKG - 3 years+ by 1st June,UKG - 4 years+ by 1st June
Note: plus indicates minimum 6 to 10 months , which is considered as optimum age for admission .
Subjects : Counting , Reading , Speech development and Introduction to nature instructive games , Drawing , Storytelling and Recitation of verse and Songs in English, Hindi , Sanskrit and Telugu . Simple etiquette and manners will be taught.
Primary Section (Classes I to V) :Age group 5+ to 10
Middle Section (Classes VI to VIII) :Age group 10+ to 13
Subjects : English, 2nd Language - Telugu / Hindi, 3rd Language - Hindi / Sanskrit, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, General Knowledge, Computer Science, Art Education and Indian Culture.
Secondary Section (Classes IX and X):Age group 13+ to 15
Subjects : English, 2nd Language Telugu / Hindi / Sanskrit, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, General Knowledge, Physical and Health Education, Work Education, Art Education and Indian Culture.
Languages: The student can choose either Telugu or Hindi as the second language in Class I and the same will be continued as second language up to Class VIII. The third language Hindi / Sanskrit (for those who opted Telugu/ Hindi as the second language), will be introduced in Class V. The language chosen in Class I will not be changed later.

NOTE: The Application Form will be rejected if any discrepancy is found between the particulars filled in the form and the supporting documents. Originals will be required for verification at the time of admission only.
For PreKG,LKG, UKG - 9.00 a.m. to 12.20 p.m. on all working days.
Classes I to III - 9.00 a.m. to 03.50 p.m. on all working days from Monday to Friday.
Classes IV to VII - 9.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. on all working days from Monday to Friday.
Classes VIII to X - 9.00 a.m. to 04.05 p.m. on all working days from Monday to Friday.
Classes I to X - 9.00 a.m. to 12.50 p.m. on Saturday only.
Lunch Break - 12.50 p.m. to 01.20 p.m. on all working days
All fees are payable in advance in the School Accounts Office and no reminder for the payment of fee will be sent by the School.
The fee should be paid in 2 terms and between 1st and 15th of each term (April, October).
The Annual fee and Rs. 500/- and examination fee should be paid every year along with the 1st term fee in June.
Caution Deposit will be refunded at the time of issue of TC. On submission of written application to the Principal for issue of TC, the caution deposit, after adjusting dues of any fee/penalty/damage penalty payable to the school, will be refunded after seven days from the date of receipt of claim. the claim for refund of caution deposit should be made within two years from the date withdrawal/issue of TC of the student.
Out station cheques and cheques of non-clearing banks and branches will not accepted. The date of realization of the cheque will be treated as date of payment. Any cheque returned by bank will be treated as non-payment of fee.
The fee cards must be produced at the time of payment of fee and ensure that the amount, receipt number and Date of payment are recorded in the card correctly. Parents are requested to keep the fee receipts with them carefully and produce them as and when required by the School for verification.
The last date for payment of fee is 15th of first month of each term. Fee should be paid in time to avoid fines/penalties.
Student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
Unsatisfactory progress in studies.
Non- payment of fees.
The parents who intend to withdraw their children for the new academic session should apply for T.C. in the month of February.
A clear calendar month's notice in writing or one month's fee in lieu there of must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
On receipt of the written application of the parent, T.C. will be issued only after 3 working days, after submitting the NO DUES CERTIFICATE by the student/parent.
The school issues conduct/study certificate to students on receipt of applications from their parents on stating the reason.
